Work, work, work. That’s all recruitment consultant Gill does. Her friends fix her up with numerous blind dates, none suitable, until one day Gill decides enough is enough.
Seeing an ad on a bus billboard for Happy Ever After dating agency ‘for the busy professional’, on impulse she signs up. Soon she has problems juggling her social life as well as her work diary.
Before long she’s experiencing laughs, lust and … could it be love? But just when things are looking up for Gill, an unexpected reunion forces her to make an impossible choice.

Author Bio – Susan Buchanan lives in Scotland with her husband, their two young children and a crazy Labrador called Benji. She has been reading since the age of four and had to get an adult library pass early as she had read the entire children’s section by the age of ten.
Susan writes contemporary fiction, often set in Scotland, usually featuring travel, food or Christmas. When not working, writing, or caring for her two delightful cherubs, Susan loves reading (obviously), the theatre, quiz shows and eating out – not necessarily in that order!

First, I want to thank Susan Buchanan and Rachel’s Random Resources for providing me with this book so I can bring you this review.
O.M.G. Being forever single on Valentine’s Day I so needed to read The Dating Game by Susan Buchanan! She had me cracking up laughing hysterically as I sincerely felt a connection with what Gill was dealing with. This is one book that will make you laugh, smile, and shake your head sometimes. Put this at the top of your must read pile!
Jaboof Design Studios did a fabulous job with designing the fun cover of The Dating Game!
Susan caught my attention early in the first paragraph and was hooked the rest of the book!
I firmly believe that anyone who reads this may see a little bit of themselves in this storyline! I mean seriously who doesn’t have dating horror stories of their own to share! I absolutely got a kick out of all the guys she dated and their stories.
Who knew that The Dating Game would be informative and educational?! I took note of the dating do’s and don’ts that Susan incorporated into Gill's storyline.
One thing that I loved about Gill is how she put herself out there to find that special person for her.
There were times that I was fuming in this book at what some of the characters pulled! I wanted to jump in the book and give Gill a comforting hug! I don’t blame her for being upset!
