First, I want to thank Freda Hansburg and Red Adept Publishing for providing me with this book so I may bring you this review.

Freda Hansburg truly knows how to pull on my heartstrings in her latest novel Suffer Little Children. This book is heartbreaking, intense, and a strong climatic finish!

Whomever created the graphic design for the cover of this book should be commended. The colors that they used along with the picture definitely grabbed my attention.

Freda writes about two important medical issues to bring awareness in her storylines

She brings awareness and does her research on Munchausen Syndrome, Medulloblastoma and DNA testing.

I couldn’t help but crack up laughing when the kids put the lipstick on the dog! I would have loved to see that picture!

My heart ached for Alex and all that he was going through. No little boy should be put through any of that!

I was blown away and never saw that ending coming at all! It was wild, intense and action filled.

I agree with Heidi about the quality of this book, but I would add that this really is a thriller. I loved that narrative drives forward with propulsive energy, pulling the reader into the the individual dramas faced by each character and the mystery of Alex’s disease. Hansborough is a master psychologist — which I would have expected from her resume. So each short chapter, consisting mostly of dialogue, brings one or more characters under the spotlight, but everything is under the author’s control. These are real people caught in a web of lies — even the “villain” is caught in this web. Highly recommended.
