First, I want to thank T.K. Chapin for providing me with this book so I may bring you this review.
T.K. Chapin is back with a brand new series called The Faith We Have: Behind the Badge Book 1. It is a book that is close to his heart and you can feel that in his writing style.
The Faith We Have is dedicated to the men and women who stand between us and the evil in the world. For they are God’s true warriors in a fallen society.
The cover of this book is absolutely breathtaking! It has to be one of my favorite covers that T.K. Has created.
Like all of T.K.’s books he incorporates his love of God and faith into his books. Many times you will find scriptures in books that pertain to the subject matter.
T.K. Deals with a lot of important issues in The Faith We Have.
My heart broke for young Lauren who’s Dad was just diagnosed with stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer and only had a few months to live. I wanted to reach into the book and hug her! She was going to miss her Daddy and didn’t understand why God would take him away from her.
I enjoyed Michael’s story and how he wanted to become a police officer. Many officers gave him great reasons why they went into this field.
T.K. Put some action and intense scenes within this book.
