Author Bio
Giselle Green is an award-winning, bestselling contemporary women's fiction author. Mum to six boys (half of whom have flown the nest) and owner of one bright orange-and-cinnamon canary who hopefully never will, Giselle enjoys creating emotionally-gripping storylines about family and relationships.
First, I want to thank Giselle Green and for Rachel’s Random Resources for providing me with this book so I may bring you this review.
Giselle Green’s The Girl You Forgot is a book you will not forget even after you have finished reading it. I fell in love with this book for so many reasons. Giselle totally thought outside the box and wrote such a creative storyline. One that pulled on my heart in so many directions for so many reasons. It was a purely beautifully written storyline.
The Girl You Forgot promotes awareness and education on life after having brain surgery. Giselle does an incredible job showing us the emotions and feelings behind what Will faces adjusting to his “new” life.
Giselle also focuses on Mental Health and Depression in this book.
The first chapter of the book sucked me into the book straight away! It was written fast paced and incredibly suspenseful. I could not imagine being put into Will’s shoes during any of this.
I loved that Will was an accomplished songwriter for so many popular bands. Not to mention the amazing places he traveled to.
As you get deeper into the book you learn there are pretty big secrets, twists and turns, and revelations that not only shocked Will but me as well.
