Andrew J Brandt grew up in a library. His grandmother worked at the city library in his hometown of Vernon, TX when he was a young child and he has fond memories of spending hours in the rows of books. When he discovered Goosebumps books, he ran through them at nearly two per week. In the fifth grade, he put his voracious reading to use to win the elementary school's Accelerated Reading program.

Andrew began his college career at West Texas A&M University, eventually graduating with a degree in General Studies.

He self-published his first novel, the young adult thriller THE TREEHOUSE, which reached the top of Amazon's young adult thriller list. First, I want to thank Andrew J. Brandt for providing me with this book so I may bring you this review.

WOW!!! The Fog by Andrew J. Brandt was eerie and reminded me of something from an old episode of The Twilight Zone! I am not one for sci-fi but this was so interesting with the mystery aspect to it. I am so glad I read it.

The Fog is so good It would be an awesome original movie on Netflix. How ironic was it that one of his characters was an author who had a series on Netflix based on his book. I had to laugh at that part!

Immediately, I was hooked on this book. Two wives missing the same way, one sister in law found dead, weird and very creepy things happening in the town, and you can bet worried families.

The kids in the books pulled on my heart strings big time! They were so adorable.

Andrew thought totally outside of the box for this book. I love authors who go and above in their creativity to create a story. It shows how imaginative they are and how passionate they are to deliver a good story to their readers.
